2. Local Files, Recordings, and Transcripts
Some of our apps may allow users to create, save, edit, import, export, record, or transcribe content on their own device. This may include files such as audio recordings, saved projects, transcripts, settings, or other user-created content.
This content is stored locally on the user’s device or in a folder selected by the user. We do not upload this content to our servers, and we do not have access to the contents of the user’s local files, recordings, transcripts, folder paths, or saved app data.
For apps that record audio, recording only occurs when the user chooses to start recording. Users are responsible for only recording audio they have permission to capture.
For apps that offer transcription, transcription may use Apple system services or Apple frameworks available on the user’s device. Any transcript files created by the app are saved locally in the user’s selected location.
3. Permissions
Some apps may request system permissions needed for app functionality. For example, an app may request access to a user-selected folder to save files, or macOS Screen & System Audio Recording permission to capture audio playing on the user’s Mac.
These permissions are used only to provide the features requested by the user. Granting permission does not give us access to the user’s files, recordings, transcripts, device, or personal information.
4. No Advertisements
Our apps are ad-free and do not use third-party advertising services.
5. Children’s Privacy
Our apps are designed for all ages and do not collect personal information, including from children under 13. If you have concerns, please contact us.
6. Links to Other Websites
Some of our apps may include links to our website, privacy policy, support page, contact page, or system settings needed for app permissions. If you visit an external website, we recommend reviewing that site’s privacy policy.
7. Website Contact Form
Our website provides an optional contact form for support, feedback, privacy questions, business inquiries, and other messages. If you choose to use the form, you may provide your name, email address, topic, app or game name, and message.
The contact form on our website is embedded using Google Forms, a service provided by Google. If you choose to submit the form, the information you provide is transmitted to Google so the response can be delivered to Galeforce Apps. Galeforce Apps uses the submitted information only to review and respond to your inquiry. You can choose not to use the form and instead email us directly at info.galeforceapps@gmail.com.
Google Forms is a third-party service. Information submitted through the embedded form may be processed by Google according to Google's own terms and privacy practices.
8. Data Security
We take reasonable precautions to protect the integrity of our apps and ensure they remain secure. However, because we do not collect or store personal information on our servers, we do not have access to user-created content stored locally on a user’s device.
Users are responsible for managing, securing, backing up, sharing, and deleting their own local files, recordings, transcripts, devices, and accounts.
